Dragan Radišić is an experienced civil engineer and project/construction manager with nearly a decade of expertise in overseeing complex civil engineering developments. His career includes contributions to some of Montenegro’s largest projects, such as:

• Highway Bar – Boljare
• Porto Montenegro
• Luštica Bay

With extensive hands-on experience, Dragan excels in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, solving challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
