Highway Bar – Boljare

A critical infrastructure project aimed at improving national transportation and regional connectivity, the Highway Bar – Boljare is one of Montenegro’s most ambitious engineering undertakings. This large-scale development required precision, strong leadership, and expert coordination to overcome complex construction challenges.

Dragan Radišić’s Role:
Before founding Grid Consultants, Dragan Radišić played a key role in the construction of this project as a civil engineer, leading groups of construction workers on-site. His responsibilities included:

• Supervising daily construction activities to ensure adherence to technical and safety standards.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshooting on-site challenges, maintaining project momentum under demanding conditions.
• Ensuring the quality of executed works met the required specifications and industry best practices.

His experience on this project laid the foundation for his expertise in managing large-scale developments, shaping the hands-on, detail-oriented approach that now defines Grid Consultants.
